FROM PARIS TO ATHENS

Three young pastry chefs, Alkis Zervas, the freshly brought from France Spyros Pappas and Giannis Kikiras of Great Britain, decided to open a croissanterie in Praxitelous street in Athens, a shop dedicated exclusively to croissants.

Our mission was to create a Brand with perfect proportions similar to those of the crisp exterior and silky, soft interior of their excellent products.

With minimal aesthetics and simple lines, we created a fresh corporate identity with franchise capabilities, which describes what the customer tastes in the physical store.
