Following a specific method

03 – PROCESS

Each online store we create is based on a unique strategy that describes how a brand moves and develops in the field of sales, is fully equipped in product management and pricing policy, receiving and servicing online orders, registration and development of a customer base.

Getting to know the company

Through an interview with the client, we carefully record all the details of the business. At the same time, we make sure that we are fully informed about its customer base, but also about the competition.

Marketing goals

It is very important that the marketing goals of the company are defined, as it depends on the overall approach and strategic positions that the information will be placed on the page.

Content collection

An important part before the design is the collection of all products that the eshop will contain and the definition of the categories. Information on payment methods and interconnection with external warehouse systems are a key element in the design and development of the store.

Graphic design

It has been shown that eshops with a high level of graphic design can be more effective in selling and they can create repeated visits. Our goal is to apply the corporate identity of the company to the graphics of the page, creating an interesting, clean and user-friendly environment.

Connection to external systems

One of the most important features of an eshop is its interoperability and connectivity with external Erp systems, like it’s ability to communicate with the warehouse of the physical store or with the warehouse of another company. In this way the import and export of data in the eshop can be done with greater ease.

Control & Optimization

Aiming the high traffic and recognition of the eshop, we follow special optimization procedures, in order to achieve a very good search engine ranking. In addition, we continue to have the project under our supervision, with UX improvements, updates and bug fixes. Our relationship is long term and after the delivery of the project, our moves are oriented towards advertising and sales growth.
